Cleaning of microelectronic dust-free clothing:

1. Cleaning location: Class 100000 and above clean clothing, hats, and shoes must be washed, dried, and organized in the same level of clean area. Sterile work clothes need to be disinfected and sterilized, and the organization after sterilization needs to be carried out in a local level 100 environment. The storage after organization (10000Class) should have measures to prevent pollution; After washing and drying in the laundry room of the general production area, clean clothes, hats, and shoes in the 300000 level area are stored in containers and sent to the 300000 level dressing room through the transfer window for sorting (clean clothes other than sterile clothes may not have mandatory sterilization requirements, but should have drying facilities), and packed in sterile clothing bags.
2. Cleaning cycle: Generally, clean work clothes at least once a week, and some require once a day.
3. The cleaning water is drinking water, while the rinsing water is pure water and neutral detergent.
